On our website you, customer, client, subscriber, buyer and user means any individual, business or company which subscribe, buy or is visiting our website. MWHoster seeks to ensure the highest level of data privacy when offering its variety of quality products and services to its customers and subscribers. When this policy mentions MWHoster, we, us, our, it means MWHoster that is responsible for protection of your personal information in line with this Terms & Condition.

MWHoster has a right to change or modify this page at any time (you will be notified of any change in our terms and condition) if you don’t agree to this agreement please don’t proceed further.

1. You can only place an order with us for Services once you have successfully registered an account with us. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate, current, and complete information on the registration forms, including an email address, phone no. and other personal details.

1.1 Once an order has been placed, we will provide you with confirmation of the Services you have ordered. This confirmation will be sent to the email address registered to your account.

1.2 After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us accepting your order and, if appropriate, letting you know that the Hosting Service you have purchased has been activated. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy our Services and all orders are subject to our acceptance.

1.3 Your order will be accepted regardless of your payment, but you have to pay with in a week. After a week unpaid accounts will be suspended(means you can no-longer access your account) and after another week their account will be terminated(means your account will be deleted).

1.4 The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Acceptance Confirmation. We may also decline your order for the Services for any reason, in that case we will let you know.

1.5 The Contract will relate only to those Services we have confirmed in the Acceptance Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Services which may have been part of your order until such Services have been confirmed.

2.2 After the end of subscription you have to renew your subscription again to use our services.

2.3 Once the Contact has been formed you may cancel the Contract in relation to the Hosting Service you have purchased. In such cases, you may cancel at any time within 60 days, beginning on the day after you received the Acceptance Confirmation. If you do so, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Hosting Service you have cancelled. We will refund the price you have paid to the credit card, debit card or other account you used to make that payment. No other refund will be made limited to one per customer.

2.4 To cancel the Contract you must inform by raising a support ticket before the end of the 60 day period mentioned above. As part of our cancellation process, we will respond to you to confirm your cancellation request. You must re-confirm your cancellation request by replying to this confirmation or we will continue to supply the Hosting Service and your cancellation will be ineffective. This is to ensure that we do not delete any data you need to retain.

• Domain Registration and Domain Registration Renewals.
• Private SSL certificates.

• We don’t host or develop porn websites.
• We don’t allow gaming streams and Crypto currency Miners on our servers.

5.2 Prices are liable to change at any time. We will notify you of a change in our prices at least 14 days before the price increase comes into force. If you do not cancel you will be deemed to have accepted the new prices, and they will be charged to your account.

5.3 Due to the number of Services offered for sale, it is possible that despite our efforts some Services may be incorrectly priced. We deal with these situations accordingly:

• Where a Service’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when accepting your order.
• If a Service’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will normally, contact you for instructions before accepting your order; and
• We are under no obligation to provide the Services to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Acceptance Confirmation
• We reserve the right to seek to recover any outstanding amounts due by you by other means, including referring the debt to an external debt recovery agent if necessary. If this method is sought, you may become liable for additional fees and charges and you agree to pay such charges in addition to the outstanding amount owed to us.
• Time for payment shall be of the essence. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received cleared funds. If your chosen method of payment is not authorized by your credit card provider or bank, you hereby authorize us to seek payment from any other credit card, debit card or direct debit registered against your account.
• If we fail to authorize payment your account may be suspended.

5.4 If you are acting on behalf of a company or other business, you further warrant that you personally have the authority to bind that company or business on whose behalf you are placing an order.

6.2 The Shared Hosting Services offer ‘limited’ server space for regular web usage, excluding file distribution. However, if your website permits downloading of video, audio, or other files, we reserve the right to enforce a bandwidth limit of two hundred (200) gigabytes per calendar month.

6.3  Any usage not involving file distribution will not be affected by limitations on file downloads.

6.4  When using the Shared Hosting Services (except when you have your own virtual private server), you must adhere to the following restrictions:

• Do not exceed 10% of our platform’s processing capacity. Activities like CGI scripts and intensive FTP, PHP, or HTTP operations may cause problems
• Avoid running stand-alone, unattended server-side processes or any daemons, including IRCd.
• Abstain from running any web spider or indexer.
• Do not use any software that interfaces with an Internet Relay Chat network.
• Refrain from using bit torrent applications, trackers, or clients. You may link to legal torrent files hosted elsewhere, but hosting or storing them on our servers is not allowed.
• Do not engage in file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities.
• Avoid running gaming servers.
• Configure entries or other scheduled tasks only through our control panel.
• Do not provide web space under a domain to others (including Resellers offering free websites).
• Do not operate a proxy website or service.
• Do not act as a remote file host for other websites.
• Refrain from operating self-hosted file sync or similar “cloud storage” based services, including (but not limited to) OwnCloud, Pydio, and Sparkleshare.

6.5 Our Hosting Services are not intended for offsite backup purposes. Consequently, all files uploaded to our servers as part of your usage of the Hosting Services must be visible and accessible to the outside world (web-visible), unless they are necessary for operating your website. We reserve the right to delete files or directories that are not web-visible without prior notice to you.

6.6 All website pages stored on our servers as part of the Hosting Services will be accessible to search engines, unless you take action to prevent this. If you wish to optimize your web pages for search engines, you agree to use coding and techniques compliant with the guidelines issued by major search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, and others.

6.7  MySQL Each Databases are limited to a size of 1024 megabytes. 

6.8 For Resellers, if you deactivate a resold web hosting account, we will retain it for 50 days before permanently deleting it.

7.1  Make sure what you share is true and follows the rules in the countries where you post.

7.2  Avoid any content that is mean, rude, or inappropriate. Don’t share anything that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities. Also, no adult or offensive stuff.

7.3  Don’t use things that belong to others without their permission, like music, pictures, or logos.

7.4  Don’t lie, threaten, harass, or pretend to be someone you’re not.

7.5  If you share something, don’t make it seem like it comes from us if it doesn’t.

7.6  Never encourage or help others do anything illegal, like sharing copyrighted stuff without permission or misusing computers.

7.7  Don’t download or share apps from others without their permission.
